problem with private property mission I think its a bug.

Hello all,

I have read so many problems with bugs, that I have lost all confidence in the game. heres my spec.
patch V1.02
PC.
XP 32bit
8800 GTS
2Gb ram
Duel core processor.
Problem.
Private property mission.
I approach radio operator with machete. Press active key.
Radio operator lowers his arms and nods, & then I get locked in can not open journal, save reload etc, just stareing at the radio operator who does nothing. what joy.
