Patch doesn't work, and all german weapons faulty

Ok I bought this game some days ago and installed it with no problems. I started playing at once and I noticed that the german weapons did not show up on the screen when switched to AND when you shoot with them you only hear the sound, no bullet leaves the gun so I cannot hurt anyone with them. I continued to play relying on the US weapons. But now I'm at a location where I need to use panzerfaust against a tank, and yeah panzerfaust is a german weapon therefore my problem.

So I thought I'd patch the game and hoped it would fix my problem. But at 11% or something it says "old file not found, however a file with the same name was found..." something like that. Now I have bought this game so no ****ty crack stuff here. I bought the game in Sweden and we usually get the UK versions here.

If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

Try updating your video card drivers.

I already have the latest nVidia drivers for my 6800 card. And since the weapons does not work in any way it is probably a problem in the code. The Video card should only be responsible for the missing models in that case. I guess I have to wait until a good patch is released.

I have the same problem, and i live in Sweden too. but i have ATI 9800 pro graphix. the only difference is that i don't even get to 11% it stops at 0%

Ok I bought a new DVD-ROM and reinstalled, this time everything worked fine and the patch applied perfectly!
