WHEN Are they going to tell us what they are doing. Are they going to be refunding OR NOT. Will they be fixing the game OR NOT.
I Demand answers.

Why should they fix it they got our money.
Companies are about profit and don't care about spending money to beta test, so that's why we have these crappy games.
Hell they couldn't even get widescreen gaming to work.

Well, if they don't fix it then at least we all learned our lesson at the tune of $15 and not $50. I'd bet money the majority of the people on this forum, nor any of their friends or family, ever buy an Ubi game again. And the bad publicity this game has been getting over its DRM, as well as Driver's DRM, should help kick Ubi's sales down a notch or two as well.
Treat your customers like criminals and expect them to come back happy? I don't think so. There are plenty of less shady companies to buy from out there. I'm just thankful I learned about Ubi with a cheap game.

Widescreen works fine for me. Hopefully Ubisoft will make some sort of announcement today...

Honestly, I just want my money back. What I bought was nothing. Absolute Nothing.
It crashes before I can play. Therefore not playing, means it is not a game. I am severely ****ed off because I payed to play a good game. But I got nothing. They ripped me off and If I could I'd sue them for COMPLETE FRAUD.

If your waiting for the statement I was getting, it was only about the DRM used in the the game and it's already posted.
Please see the pinned thread containing clearer information about the games use of DRM.
If you having crashes - double check that your PC meets the published requirements - intel cards [for example] are not supported.
If people have bugs and other issues - they need to report those to Ubisoft Support - so that any patches can be worked on.
At present a lot of people reporting issues to support, don't have issues with the game, but have lower than minimum hardware - or non supported graphics cards - so double check that before you submit a bug report.
If you have the required hardware - support will help you if you contact them.

All seems pretty fair.
Support is quite annoying though, seeing as they ask me one question and I have to wait another 14 hours for another reply.
Hope they fix this soon. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Support may be a little slow at present due to the amount of people reporting problems, that may not be problems with the game.

What 'patch' did you mean? - bugs and other issues - as long as they are reported to support, they will get looked into and where needed addressed.
If you want different graphics cards supported - that may be a different issue but it still needs to go through support - if they are able to add in support for the cards.
If you were unaware of the requirements of the game, then you need to contact the retailer, nothing I can do to help there.

How about things that aren't actually bugs?
Like the 30 FPS cap in place or the lack of any better graphics on the PC version or any settings for that matter.
Will these be addressed or is this just a "bang-it-off and call it a day" straight console port with no PC features.
Do I need to spam support with things that should have been in any self-respecting game in the first place?
