OK gang, here's the deal. If you're going to be asking tech questions in here, there's a few things we need to ask you to do.

1) Be specific! - Saying "the game won't work" isn't really helpful. If you can tell us exactly hat errors and/or problems you're having with the game (giving us the exact text of the file error is often useful), we can pinpoint your problem much faster and with much less aggrivation for everyone if you tell us what's happening.

2) List your system specs! - Please be as specific as possible when listing your system specs. Saying "I have everything required" doesn't help. We need to know if you're using a Mac or a Windows machine, what operating system you're running (OS9, OSX, Win95/98/ME/2K/XP), what your processor speed is, if it's an AMD or Intel processor, what video card you have, and how much memory it has, how much RAM you have installed in your computer... All of these things, believe it or not, are helpful in diagnosing your problems.

3) DO NOT USE THE MOD CONTACT FORM FOR TECH SUPPORT! - I don't know how much clearer I can make that without writing it on people's foreheads. The Mods are NOT here to act as a personal one-on-one help desk for you while you try to figure out what's wrong. The Contact Form is to be used ONLY for forum-specific issues. Continued abuse of the Contact Form will result in its REMOVAL.

Thank you for reading this. In order for us to help you, you have to give us something to go on. We're not mind-readers, nor do we have a direct connection to your computer through which we can divine all of the necessary information.

Please repost your question in a separate thread.

The specifics needed are an explanation of where you are in the game, what is/is not happening, what kind of help you think you need etc. Plus as much about your system as you can tell. Run DXDIAG for a lot of detail about your system.

EDIT: I see you do have a separate thread so continue discussion over there please.
