How are the ranking points beak down?

Okay, I understand the new ranking point system. (100 points gain a level) My question is how are the points gained, and lost in a match? Like how many points do you get as a spy for neutralizing a ND133? It seems semi random to me. Though I know that it isn't. In some games I may gain 11 points, and other games I will gain 9, or lose 9. You get the picture. Does anybody know? Sorry for the long question.
