Stuck in Construction Yard

I'm in the construction yard. I have to jump off a platform, Swing across two horizontal poles, onto a wall and wall run across to a ring that then slides along the wall. The problem is I can't work out what keys to press to then jump onto the platform that slides out from the wall. Only thing that you might be doing wrong is reacting too quickly?...let the Prince wallrun after using the sliding ring - then press jump to reach the platform.
