My leading gunner, a respected Officer, a trusted companion that never let me down throughout the war has had two breakdowns.

The last patrol, the strangest in my life where my crew went through 3 days of battle, most wounded, 6 killed, he was "Broken". I didn't report him, nor let him go, but he had another breakdown this last patrol. Sure, some charges went off, but nothing compared to the last patrol...yet he was broken again. My best gunner and such high ranks.

I think I've asked before, but never got complete answers. I understand most the ratings.
I don't understand the bottom efficiency ratings.

Doe's anyone have a complete list of moral emotions? I've seen fanatical, shaken, broken, ec. Do they really effect the person and how. Even when Terrence was broken, he did fairly well.

I'm trying to put together a list of ratings and rankings for each position and the number rankings at the bottom.

This is a later SS, same crew, probably two patrols later...this is what happened to my crew related to my Attack on Subic Bay thread.

Here's how dumb I am, because I never noticed before. My 11 year old pointed it out..telling me how flooded I was. I paid so much attention to the red lines I just never noticed in months playing.

At the top of the compartments you can see 3 are blued out. I take it that means they're totally flooded. I watched it slowly rise until the box filled totally with blue.

It that's what it means, shame all the men shouldn't be moved out or dead. With Hogan's alley, might be a nice mod. Engine room get's flooded out, have to move the crew and it doesn't work..I guess in reality sub may surface, but engines would be ruined. But game wise you could at least not have these rooms until they'e pumped out.
And yes, Terrence is now dead....

Thats one of my big problems with SH 4 is the compartments don't actually flood...if you take damage and it says the control room is flooding, you should have water flooding in and have to evacuate the crew except DC if its saveable.Kills me lol.

As chamberlain asked, how did that happen?

I tell about it in my Attack on Subic bay thread, but it was basically Ducimas's damn airplanes.........Made it home with over 70% damage...to get to dock and get attacked by planes again,
