use fraps u can take video capture or screen shots,i was gonna ask that before alot of games have that feature.
or just print screen

well, maybe you should try ACA capture PRO (http://www.cacsystems.com/),,,it is a great screen capture software.....with it, you can capture anything, both images and videos,shown in your screen.....
