Well you get to go through the entire game without using a lot of the new features in CT such as the knife kills, inverted neck snap, shotgun attachment, ledge grab, etc.
The rating is just there really for replay value .. to kinda give you an extra challenge or a personal goal.

I have made the first 5 missions 100 % but i had to reinstall windows and lost the saves. The harder missions will be seoul 1 and 2 because you have to avoid killing in the batlefield and that is almost imposible. (didn't tryed it yet). if you beat the game on expert you get elite mode but thats it

you should be able to unlock sam fisher with dredlocks...
