Error..game wont boot

I've installed the sim, check key done, boot the game and i get this..

Error signature

Whats going on, fix please, or im just going to return this thing..

Anyone else had this problem, then go into the data/movies directory and remove the intro movies, then the game will work, maybe ubi can get to new movies to me that work..pls

Also i can play these movies outside of the game, so it must be something how the SHIII.exe works with the movies or something.
