Still Cant Play SCCT..Help!

Hi guys, I have read several topics here tring to see is anyone has the problem that i do and i havent found anything related to my problem.

First off i bought the game from Direct2Drive.and yes i have save my .reg entry for reinstall later http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif.I downloaded the game fine and installed it fine.I recieved my 2 cd keys for single player and mutiplayer.after installing the game i wanted to gewt right ingame.

Problem:
When i click the desktop icon the mini image comes up and gives me an error.The error tell me that the game will only run on window 98,2003,ME,XP..I have tried it over and over.but still the game wont start.

I noticed that in the game folder that there is a program "detectionui_r" that bacicly tells you your PC spes and if the game is compliable with you PC.I ran the program and came out perfectly.It tells me that i meet ALL the requirements and at the top it says " Your system is compliant to all the minimum requirements and the recommended requirements to be able to play the game perfectly"

Even with this "Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Chaos Theory Configuration Utility" telling me that game PC meets ALL criteria it still gives me an error telling me that the game will only play on Win 98 - Xp..

Here are my system specs:

OS- MS Windows Server 2003 Pro Service Pack 1(Build 3790)
CPU Frequency(Mhz) 2400
Video Card Nvidia 6600gt
Ram- 1gig Muskin Pro


This is my third time to post this question on differnt forums but havent recieved any replys at all..I run a clan and i am always playing the newest games that come out but never gave SCCT a try untill now.I love the demo and the game play involed.Its such a getaway from all the FPS i play.I so badly want to get into some
single player stealth action but am being held back by this problem i am having.

Note after tring to get this to work and failing i noticed that my online mutiplayer works Perfectly.It asked for my CD key when i logged in and the game play was normal.Also i forgot to mention that the Single player demo that Ubi released works perfectly on my PC with no problems.

I hope that maybe someone that has had this problem or a Tech can help me here.I summited a email bacicly telling them at Ubi the problem i was having but havent recieved a reply http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

I am wondring if your operating system has something to do with it. The code for single player and multi player are different and it does say "Windows 2000/ XP Only" for compatible operating systems.

Can you play Versus? (just fire up the versus-executable from the folder)

Maybe you can make it dual boot with windows XP to test it. I dont think it's worth that time.

All i can play now is Online..But i really dont care for online gameplay..i bought the game to play single player...I still have not recieved a email responce from Ubi support so i def see how important my support ticket was.Im guessing i will just get my money back for the game thru D2D http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

Odd how all the other top games out there run fine on Win Xp 64 Bit edition fine except SCCT..

Now we have something. I did not know that this was a 64 bit OS. Chaos Theory is not compatable with 64 bit. Ubi blames it on Starforce.
