CD Key Is Already In Use

I bought the game through Steam, and signed up for an account, then used the CD Key Steam gave me on a laptop. When I got home to my desktop I logged in the same account, and now it refuses to accept the CD Key I have. Please help.

CD keys for this game are only usable once.
When you entered the CD key the first time, it tied that key with your Ubi account.
If you are receiving a "CD key in use" error, it could mean that you are logged in to the wrong account.
For further assistance, contact Tech Support. We can help you find the proper account that you registered the key with.
