I'm pretty sure Ubisoft is a French based company so I thought that they wouldn't be uptight prudes. Guess they are. So blood spurting, severing limbs and killing are okay but a male erection is not? If the website didn't have any age verification on the front page, I can see why Ubisoft would want to. Problem is, they already have that in place. Should they still have censored it though? Definitely not. When you do that, you change the artist's work from their original vision. For example, Pixar was quite pissed off at Disney's attempt at dubbing Studio Ghiblis' films. This was because Disney kept on changing what they deemed small parts of the original script (Kiki's Delivery Service's ending) which in turn changed the meaning of the entire story. This became so problematic that John Lasseter and Pete Docter took it as their duty at Pixar to ensure that the dub is faithful to Studio Ghiblis' intentions. So Ubisoft simply shouldn't have done it, it's wrong. It's Suda 51 and his fellow collaborator's work, not Ubisoft's.
