Morale and Luck capped at 3?

First post here. In Heroes 3, your effective morale and luck were capped at 3 each. You could get higher but there was no benefit after 3.

I noticed in the demo I got as high as 5 luck and morale. Is this any better than 3 in Heroes 5? Also, does anyone have the probabilities of high morale or luck triggering? Luck seems to work often in the demo.
