Heres my problem, I have been dyeing to get the Xbox 360, but so far have been unsucessful in obtaining one from anywhere. Now I really want to get the 360 version of Kong, as it has better graphics than the Xbox and PS2 versions, so while my friends have completed Kong on their last-generation consoles i have been sitting there tiwidilling my thumbs, waiting for the next shipment of Xbox 360s to old Blighty (Great Britain).
Even worse news came when i heard that King Kong on the 360 is to dark to be played on non high definition TVs, which has made me very angry as i don't have enough cash to fork out for the new xbox 360 and a HD Plasma Screen television as well.
Please tell me is it true that its too dark to be played properly on a standerd TV and if so, how do you fix it?
Cheers, Spartan_070

yes this is true but you can just turn the contrast up then it is fine and even better!!
you could buy a xbox 360 vga cable so you can plug your xbox 360 into your pc monitor and get hd that way and you would save alot of cash that way http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif thats what i did.

just get a xbox360 vga cable m8 and play it on your pc monitor saves you alot of cash because any monitor these days can do hd res and higher
saves you buying a hd tv http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif) when you allready have a pc monitor as long as you can do 1280x1024 you will be fine because i dont have a wide screen monitor and all the other res will look like **** unless its a wide screen monitor so if its not a wide screen monitor then 1280x1024 is the way to go hope this helps http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif)

Got a Xbox 360 and Kong now (Thank God).
Tried it on my Philips 32inch Standerd Widescreen TV (non-HD) with my fingers crossed and played perfectly with no problems at all http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif.
No darkness, looked ,played and felt like a dream, really loved the game itself, Ubisoft had done a brilliant job.
Thanks m8 for your help anyway adamfuge, as I would of hooked it up to my PC monitor if my TV did'nt work.
My advice people if your unsure it works on the 360 on a standerd TV, rent it and try it first on your TV before buying, as you won't be commited to buy if their is any problems. But as for me it looks fine.
