One of the features that was most interesting to me in Far Cry 2 was the ability to walk into your weapons building and order weapons, and organize your weapon crates. Really enjoyed seeing your character place weapons in and out of the crates and grab your weapons that were hangin on the wall, which leads to my idea...
It seems as though we will be able to upgrade weapons with suppressors and scopes, what if for immersion to apply these upgrades your character would walk into a safe house, choose the weapon you want upgraded, and (in first person) show you placing the weapon on a table and installnig the upgrade with many some kind of button swquence?
Does that make sense... sort of how in Far Cry 2 you get these cool cinematics of healing yourself, I think a cinematic of you screwing on supressors and locking in scopes would be cool and had to the immersion gameplay that Far Cry made famous.
I probably wont get any feedback from the developers, if I do that awesome, but what do you guys think about that idea?
