Game locks up then video becomes distorted

Hello,

During splinter cell pandora tomorrow game play runs fine for the 1st 5 minutes then locks up for 30 seconds then video becomes distorted I have a:
Gforce fx 5600 video card with latest drivers
P4 2.6 cpu with 1 gb of ram
I have latest directx drivers.

Any ideas please?

Is anything overclocked? It sounds like an overheating problem. I suggest you post this in the Community Help forum, they are the tech guys
