''Synchronized'' Achievement

I'm not there in my game yet, but I read that you can't unlock the Synchronized achievement for some reason. Is this true? I'm asking this here since there is no achievement guide to confirm it. (An achievement guide would be a great idea, by the way.)

U can unlock this achievement, i saw a guy with this achievemnt unlocked

I got it. Simply organize your combining http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
Normally if you combined all it should be okay as whenever you combine a mnemonic it overrides the bug of achievements not unlocking.
If you think you combined all italian wars mnemonics but don't see the achievement, then you didn't really combined all(I experienced this, turned out I didn't combine the last one, lol)
