UBI erased my DLC thread.

UBI must not have enjoyed my negative publicity of their outward lie regarding additional downloadable levels for the Xbox version, so they deleted my post. Here it is again:


This morning I recieved an e-mail from Ubisoft regarding the possibility of a second release of downloadable content for the Xbox. Here is the letter I had sent:

""Greetings. Kola Cell is a great level, and I enjoyed playing it. I have noticed
that the box cover promises downloadable levels (note the plural form of the
word).
I would expect that there is at least one more level to be available for
download to justify the claim that is presented.
Is the second downloadable level coming out in the future, or was the claim
false?""

This is the answer I recieved today:

""Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, Technical Support has no information
available on this subject at this time.""

I guess they aren't quite sure if they plan to keep their promise. Sounds like an elongated "no, we lied, and we're not sorry."

Hopefully, my post won't get unnecessarily deleted again.

First of all... we dont have to justify any threads we delete.....

Second.... if it is deleted... then it must have been for a reason.... so why post it again ??

Thirdly.... its common knowledge that there arent any more downloadable levels.... if there were.. they would have announced it....

The responce you got is a standard reply... automated in fact.....

No-one here is going bow down and kiss your feet... just becuase you want more downloadable levels..... in fact everyone who owns the game would like more levels.... but do you see them complaining and posting threads like this ???............ No......

I think you should just deal with it.... get over it... and look foward to the next Splinter Cell...

Are you telling me that UBI actually employs little *****s like you Sangsta? My dog could do your job with more couth. Perhaps you missed the "wink" at the end of my statement, or your aren't intelligent enough to comprehend the sarcasm.

As a representative of your company, you sure do a good job of humiliating a paying customer. Let's see if UBI gets my business again. An automated "no there will be no levels and we are very sorry" would have been more sufficient and more to the advantage of UBI.

I'm done with UBIsoft, and I hope they understand you were an active participant in my decision.

Anywho, i am dissapointed that ubi didnt make good on what it wrote on the box, and even agrier that they will probably be charging us for something that was originally supposed to be free, but theres no sense in complaining to you guys, or to tech support, as they arent the ones who handle these issues.

- I agree I may be disapointed about some things but to go off on Sangsta like that that was uncalled for besides he volunteers for this mods job I believe so it's not his fault your mad at UBI soft. ease it up a little and don't be so harh on him. I'm sure he caught your sarcasim but again there have been a lot of complaints coming and going on this website about the game and what they should do there is always going to be people not fully satisfied with product they buy we jsut have to deal with it. and I fully understand what usa_320 said I don't like the idea we have to buy somjething that was originally said was going to be free or was it just one downloadable level is not really fair but OOO well .
