Ranking reset!? PLEASE HELP!!!

Hello

I went to bed last night as a Rank 5 and this morning when i loaded up and logged in i'm a rank 1 again. WHY!?!?!?!?

This isn't fair. It's the 2nd time this has happened. The weird thing is that if i look in the leaderboards for my username then it says i'm still a rank 5 but if i join a game i come up as a 1 so it's like they have become detached from each other.

Please help! I don't wanna be a 1 again. I earned that 5!

have you finished a ranked match since you noticed it showing as 1?

I've had the problem of it looking like it has reset my rank but after the first ranked match i play my rank goes back to it's previous number.
