I've noticed a few mostly minor bugs and some insufficiencies in my first 4-hour session of play. Overall my experience has been relatively smooth and my initial impression is positive. One bug is bothering me though. One group of achievements is based on your campaign map scores. The end of the first map summary showed that my score was in the Hero category yet I was only awarded a Veteran achievement. The difference is about 350 dynasty points. Also, I didn't see where the summary can be reaccessed.

I'm having exactly the same issue.

Hello, I'm having the exact same issue.
I have won so far 4 maps. 2 campaigns and 2 scenarios on hard difficulty and awarded the Hero Rank. Yet I still can't seem to unlock the Champion and hero Achievement.
Thank god more people are having this issue as that makes me sure it is a bug.
Hope they fix soon.

Yah, I made a post about this yesterday. Now that I've finished a campaign I can say that Aspirant, Grand Aspirant, Veteran, and Grand Veteran all work, but the other 4 don't. (Got Hero or Champion on all 4 campaign maps).

And just to set the record straight, now that I've played for more than 4 hours there certainly are more than "a few mostly minor bugs". Arguably if you can help it you should wait for a number of significant bugs to be corrected before diving into the game. I'm eagerly awaiting another patch or update.

Yeah I kinda agree.
I'm mainly playing skirmish games waiting for some patch to fix the bugs to play the campaigns.
As the story is the part I enjoy the most I kinda don't want it ruined with bugs.

Hm Weird, I get my Hero achieves without problem. (And champion, veteran etc too ofc)
