I have been trying to access the Uplay server for about two weeks now, and every time I try I keep getting the error thet the sever is un-available. is anyone else having the same problem.

This is a problem that we've seen many reporting and we are aware of. I would suggest if you're still unable to access the server that you file a ticket with support to ensure they're aware of how long the issue has be standing for you at least. still unable to log into server, I can only get to the point it says : uplay may not be accessable to all audiances. then it gives me the error message.

I've only been able to sign onto Uplay ONCE since I got the game on release day (about 2 days after). It has now been a MONTH and I've tried almost every day to redeem my last action, and it's no use. A month? Seriously?

Oh, and ironically, lol...I tried to send something to Ubisoft Support but am met with errors in even trying to log in to post something.

this is true, i only had assasins creed 2 for a couple of days, and i tried to login yo uplay, first i got a error saying that it cant connect to server, now its taking a looong time to connect, then it just freezes the game.
