boxcanyon map, kicked by punkbuster

I loaded boxcanyon map. when i join game, after 30 secs i get booted w/this message."kicked by punkbuster for inadequate O/S privelages".
what does this mean?

If you are running winxp, check and make sure you are not logged onto a limited account user. Or sign into winxp as admin.
