does the new prince of persia (2008) offer online gaming please? it says live on the box but i'm not seeing where to get on line with multiplayer....

No, there's no online gaming in the new Prince of Persia game. This is a strictly 1-person game. The only thing that you can do with Xbox LIVE (I assume that's the 'live' you were talking about?), is unlock additional skins, and maybe in the future download additional content for the game.
