Not sure. There's a couple that stood out to me for various reasons.
Bunnies Can't Play Soccer: It was the first one, so it was the first time we saw the humorous nature of Bunnies Very Useful Scientific Facts.
Bunnies Don't Milk Cows: This one was really funny.
Bunnies Can't Cook Turkey: The bit with the turkey-headed dancing Rabbids was hilarious.

I don't remember the name of the clip, but I think it had something to do with Tour de France, where the rabbid is trying to paddle on a road, hehe.

Bunnies don't milk cows was my alltime favorite. Some facts that come in really close are:
Bunnies can't phone
Bunnies can't play soccer
Bunnies can't infiltrate the games convention
Bunnies can't stand christmas
Bunnies can't play with fireworks

Yes it is. And I don't see how they weren't funny. They were random and ridiculous, and they were also hilarious.

Personally I don't find rabbids screaming nonsense particularly funny, but maybe that's just me.

Indeed it is not, but surely you can see why he thinks that? The rabbids hijacked the proper Rayman platforming series, subsequently taking over the magical, original style Rayman had. They replaced everything that was good about the games with kids party minigames, with kids humour.
In my opinion anyone who prefers the rabbid games to the originals has either not played R1, R2 or R3, or just does not appreciate the magnificent style in which those games were set. I'm tempted to call this a fact, not an opinion.

However, "Bunnies Can't Milk Cows" was my favourite and so was "Bunnies Can't Inflirate Games Convention" as well as "Bunnies Can't Do Tour De France".
