Ubi.com Service, Assault Coop Servers and Multiplayer Minimum Requirements.

I'm thinking about buying Far Cry. As I'm interested in the multiplayer portion of the game I logged on ubi.com website in the Online Games section, but I see that no one is playing Far Cry nor any of the games listed. It's really weird. I've also heard that is not possible to log in ubi.com service in-game anymore(which is required in order to play online), is that true? Is Far Cry still being played in the multiplayer mode? Are there any servers for it??

I'd also like to know if any of you play the Assault Coop mod and if there are any servers for it.

Do you think I could run Far Cry with video configurations set on low at a considerable FPS rate?? My system specs are: AMD Athlon 950 Mhz, 256 MB RAM and Geforce 4 MX 4000 64 MB RAM PCI.

Multiplayer is still played but the numbers in the servers are not counted in the thousands but the hundreds. There are dedicated players and clans who play regularly though.

You can log in from inside the game. That is the only way I do it.

There is an assault coop but I do not know of any servers that run this mod.

You computer does not have the recommended specs for the game. 256 MB of RAM is not enough and the video card should be DirectX9 compatible while yours is not. Also, a 1 GHz processor is a minimum requirement.
