If i was on death row, i'd want mine to be the world's rarest truffle. That way, I could tunnel my way to freedom while they were searching for it. But then i'd miss eating the world's rarest truffle, quite a quandry.

I would want a rack of baby back ribs rubbed with Brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, seasoned salt, Old Bay mix and some cinnamon. Then I would slow braise it in the oven for four hours, with some red wine, white vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and a splash of Worcestershire.

Then I would throw that rack of ribs over a searing grill, and use the leftover liquid (reduced for consistency) as the best barbecue sauce ever.

Garlic mashed potatoes
Asparagus
Chicken Ceasar Salad
And a glass of freshly made Iced Tea.

man, Im freaking hungry now. Maybe Ill just make this for dinner.

Yeah, but some of them are poisonous and could cause some pretty bad liver damage. It's almost impossible to tell which ones are safe and which ones are not.

There are lots of people who spend LOTS of time identifying mushrooms, you can find several dozen books on the subject.

Whatever I'd have, Garlic and mashed potatoes would have to be included.
