Sam's Date with a Boat and Other Hilarious Moments

I just love Fisher's sence of humour! There's nothing funnier than his comments during the game.

One of my favourites is the one after the very first mission in Chaos Theory, when Sam is told about his next mission on a boat.

Grimsdottir: "Maria Narcissa"
Fisher: "You’re not trying to set me up on another blind date I hope…"
Grimsdottir: "The Maria Narcissa is a boat…"
Fisher: "So was the last girl you set me up with…."
Grimsdottir: "Fisher?"
Fisher: "Sorry."

It is just too hilarious! OMG I DIE OMG

Another is the conversation between two terrorists about a football trade. I almost fell down right under their nose while laughing so hysterically.

i also s****** a bit when i'm in vents and he mutters stuff like STINKS or when your on the roof of the bank he mutters SLIPPY...

This was how I remembered it, it might not be excactly that.

There's one in Displace, right when you're in the vent above the meeting room, where Sam and Grim are talking. She says something about this being the Wi-Fi era, Sam says "Remember, I'm from the Hi-Fi era", and Grim responds "Hi-Fi? As in high in fiber?"

Too many jokes in the game IMO. While some were enjoyable, others were just cheezy and it felt forced. Sometimes less is more.

There were a couple of funny bits in the last lvl.

Sam: Hi, I need directions.
Terrorist: Wuh?
Sam: I'm the good guy who's here to save the world, how do I get in?
Terrorist: I thought I-I was the good guy?
Sam: No, no, you're on the team with the super-secret underground base. I'm the guy who's trying to get into the base so therefore I'm the good guy!

And another one (well part of one anyway):

Sam: How can I get through the doors?
Terrorist: You can't.....unless you have industrial laser....
Sam: I hope for your sake you have a better idea.

lol i took every guy on the Maria Narcissa and knocked them off the boat. They were asking for a swim! It was good way of gaurds not finding the bodies. lol my favorite is the scream then splash!

I liked the part where he has to do something with the missile launcher and he says "I forgot to bring my crowbar" and then grimsdottir says "forget that, crowbars are for geeky video game characters" that had me laughing though I am a big HL2 fan.

Sam says "I have no recollection of that, senator." Probably some Ollie North / Iran-Contra hearing reference.
