My Saved game list is getting rather huge, is there a way to delete my old saves?

I'm saving at least once per patrol, with a new save, each time, that way if something screws up, I can go one patrol back, theoretically.

So by the time I'm up to my 30th Patrol, I'll have at least 30 Save Game files.

I'm begining to get concearned about this growing Save File list and was wondering what you all do for your saves in the campaign?

Also, is it safe to delete a couple of my first Patrol Save Files or will I automatically lose every save after? http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_confused.gif

You could try copying the required files elsewhere, manually deleting the early ones, then seeing if the game works, if not, copy 'em back?
