Yeah this is becoming more common.

It's not a concern for myself as I have never resold a game before in my life, but if that is something people like to do, then the industry in general is changing.

In Califronia where I live there are no video game stores who buy used PC games and If I wanted to sell this game at my garage sale I feel I would be able to with out fear that Ubisoft would parachute with a team of lawers into my drive way.

Relax, You can do it - it is your holy right. But if you activate game, you must sell the game with your personal login.
If somebody sell the game without login - game will be locked.
If somebody sell the game with login and try to play on his copy - both of you will have permanently ban on this version.
