Having a problem with xbox 360 prince of persia

Im trying to download the altair skin but everytime i try it says cannot connect to ubisoft servers at this time plese contact the ubisoft hotline. Been at this for a while and still the same.

Forgive me if I'm being a little daft here but I'm unsure how this relates to Prince of Persia? have you written the wrong game title in the thread or are you trying to access Uplay via Prince of Persia? in which case you wont be able to as the games not Uplay enabled.

lol there's an Altair skin for PoP. It's sweet. Best ones though are the prototypes http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif Are you connected to XBox Live/PSN? If so then it must be some hiccup with Ubi's server.

gnosis_guyver1 as JB said above it could be the server is down, alternatively if you live in a region that’s not supported by Xbox Live or PSN then that might be your issue.

It doesn't use Uplay, You must sync your real Ubisoft account with the game, when you do this go to the skin manager in the Extras menu. It should be there.

So how do you fix this? I'm also getting the perpetual "Cannot connect to Ubisoft servers at this time. Please contact the Ubisoft Hotline.". This is after selecting "Altair Skin for Prince" on the page where it says "Account linking complete!".

SO...Is Prince of Persia just not supported anymore by the Ubisoft servers and therefore the Altair skin no longer obtainable or what?

I'm having the exact same problem... on the PS3 version.

I called up Ubisoft and the guy on the line said that there was a problem with the server and it should be fixed soon.

Or not. It seems like we've had this problem for a long time now...

Well this isent really to prince of persia but it is to a ubisoft powerd game for me its shaun white snowboarding im trying to download the rockstar lepord kit or something like that and its saying cannot connect to ubisoft servers at this time plese contact the ubisoft hotline and its said this for the past week! what do i do please help me even though its not for prince of persia

I've called up support and the person that I spoke with said that there were problems with the servers and they should be up in a few days...

However it's been a month since I called and I'm still having issues downloading the altair skin.
