Well, the first Halo is Xbox and PC...

Halo 2 being xbox exclusive only means that it is exclusive for xbox on the consoles. It will definately be brought to pc eventually, but only when microsoft has decided that its lure on xbox has faded somewhat (which means at least a year and a half from now).
Also, it wouldn't be bungie that would do it. Bugnie is too busy working on either a new project or halo 3 (hopefully halo 3). They would get another development company to do the transfer from xbox to pc (just like how gearbox did for the original halo)

I wouldnt look forward to the release of Halo 2 for PC. Halo had terrible coding and engine problems; it took a strong machine to run it at a decent framerate with good graphics - but the graphics quality wasn't even that great. If Halo 2 is actually going to have a little tweaking done, let's hope microsoft actually cares this time. Halo for PC was a terrible release, and Halo 2 might be the same.

Halo 2 isn't PC exclusive. It's been out for a month on Xbox already.
