All the files are now download able from RapidShare Webhosting, but I did try myself, there is one but ...
You may download no more then 50 mb p/hour.
So that means that you can download one part each hour max !

You may have to wait a while before the free download appears, but it's worth the wait because the download speed I got was 600kb/s and downloading took just 2 minutes to get one part on my H.D.

The limit of one month was just reached one of these days, so that is why you could not get parts 4 & 5.
