Rented R6V 2

Okay. I was hyped for R6V 2 to come out and I always rent games before I buy them. I go pick up the game and go to play online because that's the only reason why I rented it. Pop it into my PS3 and cannot connect to any type of online matches. From co-op to team deathmatch. Now can I get my money back from renting this? Can I go back to blockbuster and say Ubisoft did a half assed job on this game and forgot to include multiplayer and just get my money back?

Just don't buy any games more from ubisoft, like most of us will do. And total boycot
