Altered Games Files

I've been kicked off a couple of servers with altered games files found. But how? This is a brand new installation and only the two offical patches have been installed. Nothing else. What the hell are these servers finding?

Is it possible that they are not using the second patch?

What was your ping like on the servers that kicked you, if it was high you may have a problem there, sometimes if the server does not get your info back in a quick manner it will drop you with that error.
