Today I picked up the new issue of Official xbox magazine UK. This issue is very good since it has a farcry instincts demo (which is ledgend) as well as some other great ones.

So, I popped in the disk, and played through most of the instincts demo. However, near the end I found something very strange, yet funny.... (and being me, I made a video)

I must say first though that it's a great game, one of the best xbox FPS's that I've played and that I will buy it for sure. But I couldn't resist doing this.. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/88.gif

nice video. I cant believe i still havent recieved my magazine yet! Heres my problem.The magazine before this far cry demo magazine was the last one in my subscription. I was going to renew it using that special renew form they give you when my cousins came over and started ripping papers and messing around in my room(they're little so i understood). So know i sent out for a entirely new subscription from one of those papers in the magazine. You guys think ill recieve late or around the same time as everyone else cuz im seriously considering buying it out of newsstands.

i played the demo yesterday. i had the same glitch with a guy in the water. he kept rolling and rolling and rolling then stopped with his leg striaght in the air. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/88.gif

has anyone noticed another odd problem.

when u get to the base and find the jeep to drive. When you are shot there are bullet holes on the windscreen, however how does this work when you can shoot out of the front window :P. also the bullet holes start vibrating when u drive the jeep

Yea, good video, i had a glitch sorta like that though it was, well here read. On the 2nd part of the lvl after you swim off the island and kill the ppl on the beach there is a boat offshore. i shot at the gunner and he bounced similar to that but for like 1 sec and launched into the air pretty high. To me it looked like he was caught onto the gun and was slinged off. Pretty good job though on the vid.

Oh yeah, that happened to me. Also, one of the water patrol copters seemed to be frozen in time.
It didn't move, It just hung there in the air.
It still killed me when I came too close though.

I wouldn't mind if glitches like the roolong dead guy were kept in the game.

I to have noticed an interesting glitch which I am not entirely sure is a glitch. When you start the demo you start out on the beach with some guy yapping on a radio to you. If you go down the beach and kill the guards at the camp, you will notice just off in the distance a patrol boat. Normally it would leave you alone unless you approached. Lately, however, the boat is gone, and the gunner in front is floating in mid air. Some times he shoots at you, other times he does nothing. If you kill hime the gun to the boat dissapears. There is nothing there. Weird. Also, the same boat sometimes has no guards in it and you can use for your own pleasure. Is this a glitch? I do know that the guards can mount/dismount vehicles, but this gaurd is unaccounted for when he disappears. (They should put an option in just to make the dead bodies breakdance at your every whim!)

This happens on BF2 in really laggy servers. Really irritating if you are the medic, cause you dont know where the body has landed as it is flopping around like a fish out of the water. Once I joined a server and became really laggy, a few bodies were jumping like 1 and a half stories high.

Rofl, awesome stuff.

The ragdoll physics with that model is a little dodgy to start with, a bullet to the head from that range would surely push your head, and ultimately your balance foward.
