yo Box-weasel, how are you?

The G 55 in the fisrt picture, badges aside, shlould have a camo almost identical to the RLM splinter that I made.
They were all green (verde oliva scuro) G55s overpainted on the field.

The second one is an early G55 "sottoserie 0". Maraz is working on that model. Be sure I'll make that skin also, as soon as the model will be available. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Very nice Abraxa. One question re: the first camouflage. Did the ANR use RLM colours or were those simply italian colours which were supposed to look the part?

Hi Thor. They were the German RLM 74/75/76.
ANR birds were overpainted "on the field" with those colours, in 1944, in order to reach some standardization with the LW warbirds, and avoid AA friendly fire.

The shaping of the RLM splinter and mottling followed a custom "Italian style" though http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif
The C205s too carried a similar camo (I made those skins as well, sometime ago).

(adesso scrivo in inglese perchè il forum è internazionale).
First my congratulations for the great skins you give to the IL2 community.
I saw you g55 skins and download them all, since they're nice.
Only one kind of skin is missed and I never found it on the web. I refer to the G55s wich were operating under Regia Aeronautica at Capoterra Airport during summer 1943 (353th Squadriglia, 20th Gruppo, 51st Stormo).There's only An example but it is for CFS3.
Are you programming to do a skin for that period even if you retired are you already did it?
