I really think they sweept the console players under the bad and for got about us. But theres always hope. But as it looks for right now the spotlight is on the PC players.

I want ranked 2v2 too, so I can own you ghost 10! I dont think it will ever happen though. Or maybe the devs are taking it one step at a time. You never know, we could be next to get the patch, since pc users got their patch. COME ON DEVS, WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE!

PC patches cost nothing to release - they only cost to develop. Where as Sony/M$ charge to release console patches. That and this type of game always sells better on PC makes patching the PC version a lot more favourable to developers - especially in light of low sales figures.

That's why the console fanbase gets left behind. Although it then becomes a self fulfilling prophecy...

I do think the devs may check this forum now and then though, as the PS3 viral trophy issue got sorted. But that just may be happy coincidence.

Mark my words, 2v2 ranked is Joppsta's country.

1v1 ranked is pretty good for me too actually, 31 games, 3 losses (one due to disconnect). Sure, I'm not playing in the upper tier leagues yet but i guess I'm not in a hurry to get up there like some (AOD is a ***** like that xD).

Can't wait to find some real competition in the ranked 1v1... except AOD, he gives me nightmares.

lol i need a parnter too lol. question i got, i hope they just added another leaderboard cause it wont be fair for the guys that dont got a parnter and if they join a game with a random. and the other team are teams with a mic . it wont be right .. so either no patch or make another leaderboard

Hi Guys,

As already said, PC patches are a little quicker to write and get certified..

Console patches and updates have to go through a lot of checking, and both Sony and MS have to approve them for deployment.

The devs read the forums often, both PC and Console - so they do know what is going on, however certain game choices are done for a reason.

The silence is deafening. A little more info from yourself would maybe make some of us less doomsday prophets but so far as i'm concerned, this game's going to go down the tubes on console from what i'm seeing on here. Sad part is it's probably the best RTS since C&C3 on console.

This game is way better than Red Alert 3, and that was good. I think you're being a bit melodramatic - the game is great without a patch. Any patch would just be the cherry on the cake (unless it ruins it lol).

Although, the game was a bit blech due to lack of additional content.

It is still my second favorite RTS of all time, next to RUSE. I believe a well made RTS can flourish on a console.

Aye - RUSE is a really good game on console, and while controlling it with the Move is better than a standard controller, I really enjoyed it with a controller for the week or so before Move launched.

I think the problem is that so many people are used to consoles being the ugly step-child when it comes to RTS, that it's going to take a while for that view to change. That, and RTS have never been the sellers that the CoDs and Assassin's Creeds are, and shouldn't be expected to be.

Nah, once games like RUSE come out, people will see how much they have to offer a thinking person. Crap like Halo and CoD will always exist, but video games were made for military strategy games. I'm glad that RUSE focuses less on resource collection and tank rush. Every game I ay i find myself amazed when i zoom in close to the terrain and hear the crickets in the field. The people who designed this game love the genre, it is clear in their product. They will become common place someday.
