External torpedo loading

Hello people;
What action(s), and/or under what conditions must prevail, in order for me to get the 2 external torpedoes moved below deck, on my type VIIB, so they're available for tube loading? Thanks.

What action(s), and/or under what conditions must prevail, in order for me to get the 2 external torpedoes moved below deck, on my type VIIB, so they're available for tube loading? Thanks.

Rickdeola,
1.) Surface the boat
2.) Make sure you have enough personnel in your torpedo rooms where the torps will be loaded to. (Your torpedo rooms should be at least green to the center of the bargraph)
3.) Make certain you are NOT in Silent Running Mode
4.) Click on and drag the torpedo from their external locations to the internal staging areas.
5.) If done properly, you should see the external torpedo turn dark gray, and it'll very slowly begin to get transferred. It takes about 15-30 minutes to transfer a torpedo from external to internal stores depending on your personnel. To save time, use time compression, but be very careful that while you're concentrating on loading your tubes that you don't have enemy ships/planes sneak up on you without you seeing them.

If you put your curser over the external torpedo while it being transfered, a popup will appear telling you how long the transfer will take. Putting the WO in the torpedo room you are loading the torpedo into will speed the operation up.
