Very nice Kimi http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

Only one thing bothered me, you asked if about the Fan complaints over GR2 and what they were doing about that for GR3, serellans response related to summit strike and not GR3, does this mean we can take it GR3 will continue the way GR2 has gone ?
Or that they proved a point in GR2 and summit strike is the first move back to the original feel/ gameplay which will continue with GR3?

Klean, that is the impression that I got too. I even asked that question of someone at GR.net. I have a strange feeling though that it will be a one time deal and not happen for GR3 for y'all. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/blink.gif

What I am getting is they took the input we gave for GR2, will make GR2 Summit Strike better and GR 3 will be also better.

Could it be because Red Storm isn't handling the single player game? I'm pretty sure I've read somewhere that RSE is doing the multi-player and another company (a Swiss one perhaps?) is doing the single player game. Maybe RSE can't talk much about GR3 because they aren't has hands on as with past games. The window between GR2, GR2:SS, and GR3 is very narrow for one company to pull off alone.

Shouldn't SS be easier since its the same engine they used in the last one? IANAP but all they need to do is design and build the 17 new maps and add new textures and skins. I'm sure its probably more complicated than that but the second time you do something is usually alot easier and quicker than the first.

Very nice Kimi, good job. I am very excited about this game. Barring any last minute delays or out of control glitches, this will be the game I own a 360 for. Graphics alone will never sell a game for me, but it looks like GR3 will finally have the gameplay to back it up as well.

Honestly, the thing I was most impressed about? When Mr. Allen stated he spent alot of times in the forums to hear fan reaction. It's nice to know that our opinions are indeed reaching the developers and that our opinion does matter.

Good job in the interview Kimi, just the questions I wanted to hear. Thank you Mr. Allen for taking the time to hear our concerns.

Interesting what he was saying about graphical power.

The leap from XBox to XBox360 is starting to feel as big as the leap from SNES to Playstation.
