Ubisoft, can we please get an update on the controller issue?

I've had my copy of Conviction just sitting here for a couple days and I would really like to play it.

Playing it with a mouse and keyboard (imo) goes against the style of gameplay Splinter Cell is known for.

Can you at least give us an update on the issue and let us know how much longer we'll have to wait?

It is fixed. Check the wireless controller thread.

Theres a link to old drivers. Delete your old drivers and software. Then reboot. Then install the ones linked in that thread.

Everything is fixed 100%.
