How active are the multiplayer servers

I am thinking about buying this game purely to play online, i want to know how active the servers are.

I remember the first RSV and the server selection process was terrible, multiplayer was disgusting and they totally disregarded the pc version and only supported the game on console.

Is it the same deal here? I currently play call of duty 4, and at any given time day or night there is a minimum of 10 000 dedicated servers running, can i expected that level of activity here if i buy this game today?

I live in Florida USA and checked at 8:30 tonight.

There were 51 servers running and there were 3 players on 1 server.

50 empty servers, so if you want to play with yourself, this is a good game for that!!!

There are still a few playing T-Hunt if you like that mode!

Wat console? Different consoles will have different servers and different ammounts of players i no that there are many PS3 gamers and my friend tells me the same bout Xbox bt i dunno bout PC...

This section is all RSV2, mostly comlaints on how crappy this game is.

Ill stick to call of duty 4. It just sickens me that rainbow six vegas 2 is a much better game then CoD4, but i cant buy it because not only do the players not support it, but the developers don't either.

I guess they are going to ride the series for a while longer, ill post this again when rainbow six vegas 3 is out.

there really busy it just depends what game type u look up for how much people miniuim your connection etc. i think rent this game i luv it but some people dont
