Ok, I have unlocked a lot of uplay points via Xbox 360. But how do I actually get them to this website thing!?!

Ok, I have unlocked a lot of uplay points via Xbox 360. But how do I actually get them to this website thing!?!

Basically you would need to sign into Uplay using the account linked between your Xbox 360 gamertag and Uplay. Use the steps here to find the email.
1. Start up Assassins Creed 2
2. Load into Uplay from the main menu by pressing "Y"
3. From the first menu choose “Account”
4. Choose Email & Password
You would need to log into http://www.uplay.com with the email listed on this page to see your actions, rewards, and available units. Or you can view your actions and rewards from the Xbox 360 by scrolling to the left and checking the Uplay Win screen.
