I keep mixing up the blue and purple colors. Maybe it's the color setting on my TV, but I find there is not much contrast between the blue shade and the purple.

Minor issue but am interested to know if anyone else has the same problem?

I did at first but after playing for a while I got used to the difference.

I don't have an issue with them, it's the orange/red that messes with me. Don't know if it's my eyes or poor color choice though.

There is a way to reverse the strings in the options menu, maybe this would help? Then again, it might make things more confusing...

I'm having trouble with orange and yellow so I guess everyone's different.

User selectable colors would be nice. I'd probably match mine with RB3 Pro.

I haven't had enough time yet to get familiar with all the colors, so I do still get mixed up between blue purple myself too. I'm not a huge fan of having to associate colors to strings yet, still trying to get used to this interface myself.

I imagine this is more painful for someone who is color blind since the height of the note isn't always obvious depending on the angle of the note highway.

Orange and yellow for me too. Makes the slide game tough for me.

im color blind. I have issues with the blue/purple/green/orange strings the most. sometimes the yellow too. for the most part, the design of the game with the glowy effect on the string as notes are approaching is enough to compensate. but playing super ducks is pretty much impossble. which is a bummer because it's probably one of the games that would help my string changes the most. I struggle with that.

only issue i've had is between yellow and greeen in the scale runner mini game. i wish you could make it display the note name instead of a generic box it would make it much easier to learn the fretboard, so 3rd fret on low e would have a red G coming at you,

good idea to have note names (I'd like to see a mini-music staff with note on the staff, with name typed above)

Damn this was one thing I was seriously worried about being colourblind and if non-colourblind people are struggling then.. ugh.

We'll see though, my game should hopefully arrive tomorrow. Another UK importer here.

For me it's red and orange. Maybe a new tv will help. Just have to make the wife think it's her idea to get one.

I just bought some colored guitar strings off of eBay, you should check them out. 290626147230

I am color blind and the color choices are really poor for me. I really hope they patch this. Ideally giving you some sliders to change each string color. All other game suggestions are.are just fluff for me compared to this. Nearly 10% of males are color blind, its that enough for them to care?
