It could be called Rainbow Six:Poptarts for all I care. I just want my R6 back please.
But for what it's worth, I much prefer the campaign based titles as apposed to the "movie" type titles.

I'm not a fan of casinos so the title was just Ok for me.

I chose Pop tarts but I enjoyed them when heated hehehe.

I am half expecting Chevy Chase to make an appearance.

Not to be negative, but the title alone speaks volumes about how much UBI is stripping down R6.

For those of you who don't know, the R6 series of games are based on novels by Tom Clancy in which a an elite team of NATO soldiers (30 men and women; not four like R63 and BA portray) are assembled, "the best of the best" from countries around the world to take on some of the worst terrorist threats ever to emerge in a post-Cold war era.

The reason I bring the background to your attention is R6 is supposed to be an international SF/CT unit and the title suggests they are not only limiting the action to one location, but also the nationality/majority of the operatives and turning them into nothing more than a local "SWAT" unit who has more training than most.

Again, I don't like to be negative based on a title alone, but if you look at its deeper meaning (subtext) this should give you a clear idea of where this series is heading.

If you consider that Ubi went to the trouble of registering the SC series up to www.splintercell8.com (http://www.splintercell8.com) and Id heard they only registered R6 up to R6 6, would tell you whats up. This series will end soon, and the only thing left to decide is will the next 2 games suck as bad as the last 2 games. The indication is yes.

Do they still have time to change the freaking title? And KungFu_CIA, I definitely agree with your sentiment.

That doesn't necessarily mean that there will only be 2 more games. They could easily make the new sites using the game titles..ex:www.rainbowsixvegas.com etc...
