When game starts to load game data after creation of profile, the game starts to pan and states loading data, please wait, then a ping occurs and the panning stops. The game never loads, have applied patch. I installed on the d drive if that matters, any help or idea what has happened

same problem, after the profile nothing happens.

This problem happens with people who have their Windows (vista) modified in such a way that the "my documents" map is moved to another place / drive.
My "my documents" folder is pointed to my D drive so that if i have to format my C all the files in my documents are not lost. I simply redirect my freshly installed windows to the location on the D drive and all is back as was. H.A.W.X is not able to handle this redirection and the "my documents" folder has no "H.A.W.X" folder. So the .ini file you have to moderate for example when you have resolution issues, is not even there.
The sollution is for Ubi to make H.A.W.X vista compatible.
