Same problem here.
Camera doesn't move.
I was searching on the Internet, and there were some suggestions from people how to solve this.
I tried to change my resolution, but I only get 1024 x 768 in the in-game Video options. Changing the resolution in Windows settings doesn't work either. In Windows settings, I can only choose between 1024 x 768 and 800 x 600. (I got an old Belinea 17" TFT monitor)
I tried deleting the Steam file "Client registry.blob", forcing Steam to update. Still, the bug is present.
Sometimes the bug disappears without a game restart. Still, I got it in 3 out of 4 games in average. Like this, the game is nearly unplayable against humans. I already had this bug in the open beta, and it's such a shame that it hasn't been fixed until now.

ANY help is apprechiated!!!
I'm using Windows XP and an ATI HD 4770 Graphics card.

Did you update your drivers ?

I can change the Resolution on my desktop up to 1920 x 1080...
I haven't had the bug for a long time now, but today even after reboot my camera doesn't move anymore. I will try updating my drivers now, but I don't think there's going to be a change. This game was buggy as hell since the first beta and since Ubisoft is a bunch of uncompetent amateurs there will be no change.
