I had the feeling that the volcanos in From Dust were too typical. The most powerful lava tool makes volcanos of "sand"? and perfectly round. They always have a max height because the caldera crumbles when the lava reaches the top.

However, if you put a simple lava spring, it begins to create a typical stratovolcano (like the Vesubio in Italy)

But, I wanted to make something. Something terrifying, like the Mount of Destiny in Lord of the Rings. So I began with a lava spring until there were a surface over the water, then I created a volcano without removing the lava spring. And then I let it grow.

This is the result

Not bad heh. I managed to make a volcano high as f***. So high that the camera can't go over it. Don't know how to take a screen shot of it though.

Tall volcanoes are impressive, but I want something more spectacular. However, I wonder if I could make a volcano that covers all the map. I would need a tall mountain and a lava spring at the top until it fills the sides until it reaches the border of the map
