UU server not authenticating

I downloaded the UU patch and the install went fine. I put in my name and password, select the Tapestry Shard, and when I try to login it says I'm disconnected from the server Reason:Not Authenticated.

I'd love to get back into the cavern, so anyone got any ideas?

Dr Alex, you can't buy a new key. If you've not been into UU before, it's closed. You'll need to follow up on the GamerZunion threads.
