Stealth and hiding (especially when doing it from other human players) is one of the most rewarding experiences in gaming. It's all about getting away with it, and here's Team Fortress 2's take on stealth. Somebody whipped up a Hide and Seek mod for Team Fortress 2. Check it out. Red chair at around 2:51 is hilarious!

This is off topic as the Splinter Cell series is no longer about stealth.

hiding on the ceiling watching ppl, planning and stuff like that..is stealth..this game has stealth, logic fail, but its nice to see some other ppl finding an excuse to bash the game anyway they can

Yup. I kind of wish Ubisoft would have released a mod tool or at least a map editor/creation tool for PT and CT. I know SvM would still be going strong by now. There would have been some amazing community crafted maps. The Project Stealth mod is just too ambitious for a small team of modders and I doubt it will see the light of day.

Never thought I would get away with this but I ended up being the only one surviving on my team. It's really an awesome mod and I agree with your view on PT and CT.
